We are grateful for every opportunity we have to serve our neighbors in this unique and special place.
At Steen Funeral Home, we are all about being good neighbors. We care about Ashland because Boyd County is our home. We champion causes worth fighting for, and we work to celebrate life the way it should be lived: in service of others.
We encourage all members of our staff to form relationships with the causes they care about - to volunteer their time in ways that help others: working with veterans, first responders, clergy, hospices, and charities. Members of our team are involved with organizations such as Kiwanis, Lions Club, Rotary Club, Ashland Animal Rescue Fund and the Paramount Arts Center.
We also work with grief, palliative care, and bereavement training groups to provide help and support to those who are anticipating or mourning a loss. Giving back means being available to those who need our help. We are here to provide expert care for those interested in learning about what we do and why caring for others is so important in a time of need.
