Barbara J. Reynolds

Barbara June Reynolds, 81, of Ashland, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, Oct. 17, 2017, in Community Hospice Care Center.
She was born April 20, 1936, in Boone County, W.Va., to the late Rev. Isaac and Mary Estelle Kitchen.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, Charles A. Ramey; and three sisters, Helen Layne, Joann Scott and Phyllis Spurlock.
She and her husband, Tommy, served the Lord through the pastoral ministry for their majority of their married life. She loved the Lord and her family from the depths of her heart. She and her husband currently attended Meade Station Church of God.
She survived by her loving husband of 63 years, The Rev. Tommy Reynolds; two daughters, Debbie (Don) Gleim and Teresa (John) Songer; a granddaughter, Andrea (Tyler) Zornes; three stepgrandchildren, Danny (Kelly) Gleim, Adam (Heather) Gleim and Ethan Gleim; three great-grandsons, that she absolutely adored, Pierce Carter Wamsley, Drake Thomas Zornes and Cohen John Maverick Zornes; two sisters, Shirley Kitchen and Hilda Fitzwater and husband Lowell; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel with The Rev. Robert Jordan, Rev. Robbi Hefner and Rev. David Dooley officiating.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at Ashland Cemetery with Rev. Charles Cross officiating.
In lieu of flowers donations, may be made to Meade Station Church of God Youth or to Community Hospice.
