Janet Louise Click

Janet Louise Click, 90, of Ashland, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Kingsbrook Life Care Center in Ashland. Janet was born April 22, 1926, in Ashland, a daughter of the late Harry Martin and Grace Rice Steed. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband of 60 years,  Carl E. Click, a son Christopher Martin Click, a granddaughter Tina Meeker, a grandson Brandon Click, one brother and six sisters.

Janet was a longtime member of the Second Baptist Church in Ashland. She was a loving homemaker, mother and grandmother.

Survivors include her children Dan (Mindy) Click of Grayson, David Click of Ashland, Mark (Lyn) Fosson of Baltimore, MD, Kathleen (Buzz) Clary of Chillicothe, OH, Karla (Fred) Leibee of Ashland, Cindy (Jeff) Rigsby of Ashland, sister Alberta Young of Portland, OR,  seven grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, February 13, 2017 at the Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue by Pastor Gary Sparks. Burial will follow in the Ashland Cemetery. Visitation for family will be at 11:00, and friends may call from 12:00 Noon till 1:00pm at the funeral home.
