Betty Jo Withrow

Betty Jo Withrow, 71, of Coal Grove, OH, passed away Sunday evening at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Betty was born February 19, 1947 in Ashland, Kentucky, a daughter of the late George Washington and Lutie Mercer McGranahan. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband James Edward Withrow, her son Billy Johnson, her granddaughter Gabrielle Hoffman and several brothers and sisters.

Betty attended the Christ Temple Church in Ashland. She was a loving and devoted homemaker to her family. She will be deeply missed.

Survivors include her son Josh Johnson of Coal Grove, daughters Lori Johnson of Ironton, Jennifer Johnson of Coal Grove, Marlana Johnson of Ashland, Jessica Withrow of Ironton, brothers Charles McGranahan, Woodrow McGranahan, and Ray McGranahan all of Rush, KY, sister Flossie Bayes of Ashland, grandchildren Brittany, Christopher, Ryan, McKayla, McKenzie, Kaylee, DeVante, Bella, Kaitlyn, Madison, Issiah, great grandchildren Branden, Peyton, Penelope, Adalynn and a host of extended family and friends.

Services to celebrate Betty's life will be held 11:00am Monday, April 23, 2018 at the Christ Temple Church in Ashland.
