Billie Joe Caldwell, Jr., 57, of Rush, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, OH. Billie Joe was born November 12, 1961, in Ashland, a son of Hazel Cornwell Caldwell of Rush, KY and the late Billie Joe Caldwell Sr. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by his sister Donna Caldwell McCoy.
Billie Joe was loved by many and will be deeply missed.
In addition to his mother he is survived by several nieces an nephews.
No services are planned at this time.
Arrangements are under the direction of Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue.
