Carson Scott Tutwiler

November 8, 1972 ~ September 3, 2018 (age 45)
Carson Scott Tutwiler, 45 of Loveland, Ohio, died September 3 after a long illness.

Carson was born November 8, 1972, in Worthington, Kentucky, to Ralph H. Tutwiler and Sandra Sue Greening Tutwiler. He grew up in Ashland, graduating from Paul G. Blazer High School. During college, he worked at the SuperAmerica warehouse. He graduated from ACTC and worked for Martin Steel. In 2000 he moved to the Cincinnati area and began working as a structural steel estimator at George Steel Fabricating, where he spent most of his career.
Carson was a lifelong Kentucky Wildcats basketball fan and a classic car lover—especially his 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger. He loved to cook for his friends and family. Anyone who knew him knew he and Alfred Hitchcock had a favorite movie in common: Smokey and the Bandit. His big heart and sharp wit will be missed by many.
He is survived by his sister, Kimberly Tutwiler, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania; his aunts Helen Greening Dixon and Doris Greening Moore of Ashland and uncle Horace “Jocko” Greening (Debbie) of Atlanta; many cousins; his lifelong friend and companion, Christa Carter, of Cincinnati, and his cat, Lucy, of Cincinnati.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph H. and Susie Greening Tutwiler of Ashland, and his cousin Richard Lloyd Dixon.
