Donald Ray Mullins, 80, of Ashland, passed away Monday, April 15, 2019, in Kingsbrook Lifecare Center.
He was born December 26, 1938, in Boyd County, Kentucky, a son of the late Frank and Goldie Mullins.
He retired from Hart's Sanitation after many years of service.
Survivors include two sons, Bryan Mullins and Kevin Mullins of Ashland, Kentucky.
A private service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel.
