Kimberly Jo Williams

Kimberly Jo Garrett Williams, 51, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed with peace and grace from this life into eternity surrounded by her family on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Southern Ohio Medical Center.
Kim was born in Sasebo, Japan to the late Clyde and Virginia Garrett on August 3, 1966 on a naval base where her father was stationed while he was proudly serving our country.
Kim attended East High School.
Kim loved to cook, shop, crochet, spend time visiting with family and friends, attend the ball games and school events of her loving grandchildren. Kim attended Cornerstone Nazarene Church in Wheelersburg when her health permitted. The thing that made Kim the happiest in the world was being a nanny and spoiling her four grandchildren, they truly were her pride and joy.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter that she was very proud of, Abrandya (Brandy) and her husband Eric Billiter of Portsmouth; Grandchildren, Bryson, Mason, Skylehn, and Kamryn Billiter all of Portsmouth; sisters, Sue (Dean) Brumfield of Sciotoville; Debbie (Dane) Blankenship of Vanceburg; brother, Allen (Linda) Garrett of Middleburg Heights; niece, Lindsey Garrett of Middleburg Heights; nephew, Andrew Garrett of Connecticut; and a host of extended family members and dear friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 15, 2018, at Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene in Wheelersburg, Ohio with Pastor Hector Reffit officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Monday, May 14, 2018 at Cornerstone Church of the Nazarene.
