Meghan Lea Acord

Meghan Lea Acord, 37, of Ashland, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2017, in Lexington.
She was born September 15, 1980, in Ashland, the beloved daughter of David Price and Lea Ann Hornbuckle Acord of Catlettsburg.
Meghan was a 1998 graduate of Boyd County High School where she was a cheerleader. She attended the First Baptist Church of Cannonsburg.
Meghan loved everyone and will be remembered for her kind gentle spirit and willingness to help anyone in need.
In addition to her parents, those left to cherish her memory include her son, Holden Jude Acord who she named for the beach where she spent many happy summers with her family; a sister, Amy Acord Jefferson and husband Bryan of Flatwoods; niece Hannah Carey; nephew Luke Jefferson; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, extended family members and dear friends.
A private celebration of Meghan's life will be at a later date.
