Race Todd Hale, 58, of Ashland, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018, in King’s Daughters Medical Center.
He was born September 12, 1959, in Ashland a son of Jane Bolton Hale of Ashland, and the late Charles Rowland Hale.
Todd was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church, a 1977 graduate of Boyd County High School, and was an avid Golfer, outdoorsman, and Nascar fan.
He retired from Mansbach Metal after 33 years of service.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a son, Kyle Nicholas Hale and wife, Alyssa of Nashville, TN; brother, Charles Alan Hale of Pocatello, Idaho; sisters, Nanita Daniels and husband, Jerry of Ashland, and Kerry Artis of Ashland; granddaughter, Penelope Renee Hale of Nashville, TN; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
A celebration of his life will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2018, at Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel, with Rev. Tina Mussetter officiating.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from Noon until 1p.m., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
