Ralph David “R. D.” Campbell, 54, of Ashland, KY, went to be with his Lord and Savior on February 14, 2019.
He was born on July 28, 1964 in Portsmouth, OH to the late Ralph T. and Aileen Webb Campbell. Also preceded in death was a brother Patrick Joseph Campbell and brother and sister-in-law Dennis Michael and Nancy Mapes.
Leaving behind his wife, Jennifer (Parrish) Campbell; son, Ralph Blake Campbell; daughter, Rachel Isabella Campbell, all of Ashland, KY; sister, Melissa F. Campbell of Batavia, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky and loved his Wildcats. Worked for Creative Financial Insurance Group. Also a member of First Baptist Church of Cannonsburg where he served as deacon, Sunday School teacher, treasurer, sound room, and nursing home ministry.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 am until 1 p.m., Saturday, February 23rd, 2019, at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel, Funeral services will be held 1pm Saturday.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, February, 25, 2019 at Point Isabel Cemetery in Washington, Township, OH.
In lieu of flowers: First Baptist Church of Cannonsburg Mortgage Fund.
