Stephen Scaggs

Stephen Gordon Scaggs, of Raceland, formerly of Ashland, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2020 at Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He was 57.

Steve was born April 21, 1963, in Ashland, a son of the late Vernon Gordon “Flash” and Brenda Ferguson Scaggs. In addition to his parents, Steve was also preceded in death by his brother Anthony Scaggs in 2015.

Steve worked as a technician in Fiber Optics.

Survivors include his daughter Cassandra Scaggs of Lexington and his aunt Shirley Marshall of Ashland.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
