William Paul “Bill” Laudenbach, 92, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Kings Daughters Medical Center. Mr. Laudenbach was born May 12, 1929, in St. Cloud, Minnesota. He was the son of the late Benjamin Paul and Terese Wenker Laudenbach. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife Betty Laudenbach in 2015 and a daughter Mary Ekstrand in 2021. Bill was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church and retired after a long career in the printing industry. Those left to cherish his memory include two sons Mark (Cheryl) Laudenbach of Denver, CO, Paul (Raynie) Laudenbach of Ashland, three daughters Dr. Bonnie Laudenbach of Ashland, Patricia (John) Amatangelo of Macomb. MI, Dolores Balderstone of Ellenboro, NC, his sister Betty Austin of Pinkney, MI, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00am Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father D. Andrew Canon Garner, KHS presiding. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Holy Family Catholic School, 932 Winchester Avenue, Ashland, KY 41101. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steen Funeral Home Central Avenue Chapel.
